To learn is to grow …
Presenting a story of change with Linux World and Mr. Vimal Daga sir…
गुरुर ब्रह्मा गुरुर विष्णु गुरुर देवो महेश्वरः
गुरुः साक्षात्परब्रह्मा तस्मै श्री गुरुवे नमः
The depth of the above lines could be felt when you truly encounter the essence of these ageless words. This knocked on my door last year, which I welcomed with all my heart. Being a part of this journey, itself says that “ You Can, You will .’’

Myself Divyanshu, I am a second-year engineering student. I am in the computer field and apparently far away from this technical world. Ever since the lockdown life brought changes from daily lives to professional ones. Being a student, the lockdown started up with a heap of laziness, lethargic attitude.
To be honest, here, it felt quite good in the starting. But Nothing good lasts forever :) Soon I realized the ample amount of time-draining in front of my eyes. The mind has been a perturbing tool always so was it until I encountered IIEC RISE.

IIEC connect is engendered with a mission of enabling the ignorant youth of our country to become the creators of the future. It is a mission started by Linux World and Mr. Vimal Daga sir. It was the stepping stone to me entering a whole new environment. Happily entering the environment of the right education and the right mentor.
I was acknowledged about the python training going under it. Very fancily I started learning the course knowing nothing. Probably because I have heard about the growing trend of python. To my astonishment, the course brought me closer to the tech world. It was not just python but a lot more in the baggage. The interesting tasks of creating a menu, creating your own personal voice managed system. I even showed it to my grandfather and he happily asked my program “ Halo, what’s the date ’’. The delivered concepts were simply amazing.
The lethargic lockdown now had a value to it. The draining time was building new a path. This path took me to ARTH.

ARTH, the word itself has given arth ( meaning ) to my life. I was not good technically, was unaware of what to do, where to do it from. And now, every such question has mopped away from my mind. It has provided the right education breaking the myths, telling the real use cases of the technologies, and lightening the fact “ One technology isn’t enough ’’.
In these months, we have learned Docker, Ansible, ML, Hadoop, AWS, Python, Linux, and more on the list. This learning was supported by the technical volunteers, who have helped me even in late hours. Vimal Sir has unknowingly connected thousands of students not only technically but emotionally. It won't be a metaphor if I say it's not just a course but a journey of growth.
Personally, it has evolved me from zero to about to be a hero. I still not good at what has been taught, I don't understand everything with one go but I can proudly say I am a better version of myself. A version that has grown from none to some. A version whose late-night movies are late-night tasks now. A version whose happy ending is task completion. A version who has learned to share, to help, set goals, and to work. I look back and feel proud, that I have come a far way. Still have a far way to go.
2020's best part? LinuxWorld Informatics Pvt Ltd, ARTH

Vimal sir’s exceptionally extra efforts have transformed many lives. He is a world record holder and his efforts are too. His dedication to teaching, sharing, guiding is commendable even when he was not well. I have never met him, but have built a connection. His hard work has motivated me to take one step more even if it is tough too.

I really express my intense gratitude towards the entire team of Linux World, Vimal Daga Sir and Preeti Ma’am. May his vision of making the Greatest technological workforce in India executes to its best version soon.
To share is to learn, to learn is to grow.
